Stock Market Updates : The market started off on a firm note and despite moving up further in morning trades, gave up its gains as the day progressed and ended in the red on Friday. However, it was the second straight occasion today, after April 13, 2012, that the Sensex closed in the negative territory on a Friday, the 13th. Stronger than expected results from Tata Consultancy Services lifted the market up smartly this morning.
NIFTY OUTLOOK: Nifty 50 index of the National Stock Exchange closed at 5227.25, nearly 40 points off the day's high of 5267.15, netting a loss of 8 points or 0.15%.The Sensex closed at 17214, down 19 points from its previous close, and the Nifty shut shop at 5227, down 8 points. The top Nifty gainers during the week were ONGC, GAIL, BPCL and HDFC Bank while the biggest losers included Infosys, Wipro, Tata Steel and Jindal Steel.

2) Buy ACC for medium or long term at Rs 1266
3) Buy Reliance Infrastructure for short term at 548 & for long term at sharp declines.
